Our Story

Coffee Saaz is more than a café – it is a story of dreams, struggles, and people. Our journey began in 2021, during a time when the world was still shaken by Covid-19. Two lockdowns tested our patience and almost silenced the dream. But one joy remained unshaken – to  serve food with taste, quality, and warmth. From that joy, Coffee Saaz was born. The path was never simple. There were days of doubt, financial struggles, and moments when giving up seemed easier. But every setback became a stepping stone. What truly kept us alive were the people who stood by me. My parents, siblings, and wife gave me courage. My best friend Vikas, who today manages most of the café with dedication, became my strongest support. And friends – Vinay, Sachin, and Balaji – offered helping hands that turned this dream into reality. 

Cooking has always been my passion, my way of expressing love. Coffee Saaz gave me the chance to share that passion with the world. Pune, with its rich café culture and love for food, became our perfect base. From cozy corners and fresh brews to hearty rice bowls and comforting café classics, Coffee Saaz is not just about meals – it’s about warmth, conversations, and memories. And this is only the beginning.
